Selena Gomez held her first mental health fundraising activity

Selena Gomez has announced that she will host the first charity fundraiser for Rare Impact Fund in Los Angeles next October to support organizations related to youth mental health. This is also the first fundraiser in this organization’s annual fundraising series.

Rare Impact Fund was founded by the former Disney star in 2020. This is an organization dedicated to addressing mental health stigma issues and expanding mental health education and services for teenagers around the world.

“There is nothing more important to me than helping young people access the resources they need to support their mental health. This is my mission and the reason I created Rare Impact Fund. I’m incredibly proud to host this inaugural celebration and look forward to an inspiring night of fundraising that showcases the impact we’ve made to date,” stated Selena Gomez.

According to the announcement, the event will take place on October 4 with the participation of 350 guests, including celebrities, philanthropists, mental health advocates and fund sponsors. .

Notably, Selena Gomez’s co-stars in the current hit TV series Only Murders in the Building and music producer Marshmello will also be present at this fundraiser.
